Returns: Due to the production method, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been fulfilled. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please send me a message!

Shipping & Delivery: All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS (or other postal service) website. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed packages once they are with the mail carrier.
